REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

If you’re not satisfied with our product for any reason, please contact us at [email protected]. Be sure to include the reason behind your request, your order number located on your email confirmation, and a phone number where we can reach you.

If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

If we agreed to exchnage/refund the product, the returned item should adhere to the following criteria:

  • The product should remain unused and retain its original commercial appearance.
  • It should be returned in its pristine, original packaging.
  • The returned item must be complete, just as it was received.
  • Any gifts received along with the purchase should also be included in the return.

In the event that we have mutually agreed to proceed with an exchange or refund for your order, our dedicated team members will reach out to you through both phone and email channels.

Kindly note that if we do not receive a response from you within a span of 3 days, we will assume that you are content with the current state of your order. Consequently, we may proceed to cancel the exchange or refund process.

Certain product categories are excluded from the refund or exchange policy. This includes liquids, such as skincare and nail care products, as well as makeup products. Additional non-refundable items: Gift cards. Sale items.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
For your peace of mind all orders except samples are sent with proof of posting. Shipping timelines are estimates and do not account for holidays, inclement weather, back orders. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

Prohibitions and restrictions vary from country to country and are liable to change at short notice. Given this we ask that you check the local laws for the destination country before purchasing from us as we can’t be held responsible for any delays, returned goods, or possible customs charges.
